Ok, it’s on!

How many times am I going to say that? No, but seriously. I’ve set up week 1 consumption and activity. If I planned it correctly, I should see a difference in, if not my waist, my energy level. Jared made a good point: have fun. He’s right. I think the reason why I’ve been lazy or overdoing it is because I’m so focused on losing weight that I’m not having fun anymore. I used to lovvve working out. Now, I don’t necessarily dread it, but I’m not as excited as I used to be and I sometimes have to drag myself to the gym.

No more. I need to get my act together. I need to re-energize myself.

On an anxious note, Metrodash in less than 2 weeks. Eeeek.

And it sucked. I didn’t eat well at all. Oatmeal, pudding, a mint, a mini Hershey bar, a Power Crunch bar, a Starbucks Skinny Latte, and… a few almonds.

Definitely not a balanced day. I’ll be better tomorrow.
