Since I can’t workout… here’s what I’m eating:
Breakfast, edamame hummus and two boiled egg whites, grapes.
Lunch, turkey sandwich with bacon and cheese on whole wheat. Some strawberries.
Snack, a banana.
Dinner, spinach salad with halibut, cucumbers, avocado, tomato, and onions. A sprinkle of gorgonzola and drizzle of poppy dressing.
